Qualifications

• Secondary education diploma or equivalent vocational qualification is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in crane operations, rigging, lift planning, or related heavy lifting activities.
• Professional certifications as Crane Operator, Rigger, Lift Director, or equivalent are preferred; willing to obtain within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide crane and rigging technical support across Europe for maintenance, capital projects, and OE Audit activities.
• Coordinate crane and rigging activities during Turnaround executions for safe, efficient project delivery.
• Assist in planning crane selection, lift planning, crane positioning, and logistics planning for Turnaround activities.
• Support the evaluation and management of crane and rigging service providers and contractors.
• Mentor and develop workforce through training and knowledge sharing.
• Promote adherence to company crane and rigging standards and continuous improvement.
