Job summary

Van Oord is seeking an experienced Project Manager Infra to lead complex infrastructure projects from preparation through to delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage planning, budgets and risks, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

This role requires leadership, safety focus, and a track record in heavy civil engineering or water projects. You will work on national and international assignments, enjoying the challenge of varied environments while

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager within the Dutch civil engineering or water sector.
• Strong leadership skills with multidisciplinary and integrated project teams.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work internationally in a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects safely, efficiently and in line with contractual agreements.
• Manage planning, budgets, risks and project performance throughout every phase.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure the effective deployment of people, equipment and resources.
• Deliver projects that meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.
