We seek a highly experienced professional with a Master's degree and strong PMO expertise, capable of delivering governance frameworks and mature project controls across complex programs. Hybrid work and global collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in aerospace or high-tech environments.
• Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and PM methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project is required.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured working style and good stakeholder presence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of setup, management, and development of project controls structures for leading clients in aerospace.
• Plan and control budgets, costs, timelines, and risks in complex projects.
• Track project progress and report based on defined KPIs.
• Conduct maturity assessments and derive actionable recommendations.
• Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and organizational structures.
• Support project management across functions and management levels.
