Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across multiple industries. You will manage timelines, budgets, risk, and stakeholder relationships, applying PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, and hybrid methods to optimise delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 5+ years in PM, and hands-on PMO experience, with fluency in English and Dutch; you’ll join a globally connected team offering 30 vacation days, hybrid work, and clear career growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a high-tech environment.
• Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies.
• Experience with KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and optimizing logistics, ERP, order management, or production processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft-Project is required.
• Excellent English and Dutch skills.
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a confident presence in complex client environments.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in a regulated international environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage timelines, budgets, and scope; coordinate activities and resources.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
• Budget & Finance: Monitor and report on project budgets and financial progress.
• Risk & Quality: Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Methodologies: Apply PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, and hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) approaches.
• Process Improvement: Optimize processes using Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN, or DMAIC.
• Documentation & Reporting: Report on KPIs, progress, and lessons learned; address deviations.
• Decision-Making: Make timely decisions on escalations, scope changes, and deviations.
• Project Closure: Evaluate results, ensure smooth handover, and document lessons learned.
