LYNX is seeking a Data Lead to own end-to-end data across Data Platform, Analytics, and Data Science. This hands-on leadership role drives a platform-driven data ecosystem with self-service capabilities and governance at its core.

You will shape the team, onboard and mentor engineers, and partner with leadership to enable data-driven decision-making, regulatory alignment, and commercial value from data.

Qualificações

• Significant experience building and leading data teams through transformation.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platform architecture including warehousing, ingestion, cataloging, dbt-based modelling and semantic layers.
• Understanding across Data Platform, Analytics and Data Science with direction setting.
• Hands-on experience with market-standard data tooling and pragmatic build-vs-buy mindset.
• Effective communicator who translates technical choices into business impact for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Data Domain End-to-End: strategy, architecture, governance, standards and roadmap.
• Design structural data solutions across the domain to reduce ad-hocism and influence other departments.
• Mature the Platform for self-service with governance embedded at the core.
• Raise data maturity by redesigning data capture and reporting processes with a data-centric mindset.
• Define the future of analytics with AI/ML foundations and scalable access models.
• Lead and develop the Data Platform Engineer, Data Analytics Engineer, and Data Science team.
• Provide functional leadership to analysts and set standards across the data community.
