Job summary

Collibra is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer to join our security-focused team. You will lead penetration testing across web, API, and internal networks while championing secure SDLC practices and collaborating with product engineers to ensure secure, resilient software.

You will leverage AI-driven tooling and industry standards to guide remediation and build context-aware automation. A strong background in cloud security and scripting is highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Penetration Testing, Product Security, and Application Security experience.
• 2+ years securing Java, Python, and/or JavaScript web applications.
• Experience with advanced security tools and techniques for simulating real-world attacks.
• Familiarity with OSSTMM, OWASP, SAMM, NIST SPs, and PTES.

Responsibilities

• Perform application and network penetration testing (Web, API, Thick Client).
• Conduct threat modeling and source-code reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices in the SDLC/DevOps.
• Assist triaging Code Security findings identified by SAST, SCA, IAST, DAST.
• Provide remediation guidance and security automation guidance using AI tools.
