Job summary

Chainels zoekt een eerste Product Owner Integrations Marketplace om de koppeling met ERP/CRM en slimme gebouwtechnologie te leiden. Je bepaalt wat we bouwen, standaardiseren en waar we voor rekeningen; je analyseert binnenkomende verzoeken en vertaalt die naar duidelijke specificaties voor de builders.

Je werkt samen met een team van 5 en rapporteert direct aan de CEO vanuit Rotterdam. Ervaring met API's, integraties en Agile is vereist; innoverende AI-tools en n8n-ervaring is een pluspunt.

Qualifications

• Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als Product Owner of technisch productmanager, bij voorkeur op API's of integraties.
• Sterke technische afstelling voor API's, webhooks, authenticatie en datamapping.
• Vlot communiceren met klanten, derde partijen en ontwikkelaars.
• Duidelijk prioriteren met de wenk van nee zeggen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science of een gerelateerde IT-richting.
• Bekendheid met Agile ontwikkelprocessen.
• Bonus: ervaring in PropTech of onroerend goed, of hands-on ervaring met n8n of LLM-tools.

Responsibilities

• Vaste intake en prioritering van integratieverzoeken en live-implementaties.
• Scopeer integraties samen met klanten, partners en leveranciers en vertaal deze naar duidelijke specificaties.
• Maak één-uitspraken omzetten naar standaard Marketplace-producten per categorie.
• Beheer het Marketplace-aanbod: wat wordt ondersteund, de status, ETAs en prijsinbreng.
• Onderhoud van het Integrations Playbook als enige bron van waarheid voor elke integratie.
• Shape het 2027-integratieskader met engineering: endpoints, observability en service-accounts.
• Werk samen met een team van 5 integratiespecialisten en builders.

We're looking for our first Product Owner for the Integrations Marketplace. Someone who can scope a Salesforce integration with a client in the morning, turn it into a spec for our builders over lunch, and decide by the afternoon whether the next request becomes a standard Marketplace product or a billable one-off. Integration requests are up like never before, and the roadmap currently runs through our CEO. You take it over and own it end to end. The role

Integrations are how Chainels plugs into the rest of the real estate stack: ERP and CRM systems, smart building tech like digital locks and energy meters, and AI agents. As Product Owner, Integrations Marketplace, you own that layer. You decide what we build, what we standardise and what we charge for, and you make sure a growing stream of requests turns into a Marketplace that scales. Two fellow Product Owners are your peers, and together you keep integrations aligned with the wider product roadmap. You'll be based at our Rotterdam HQ and report directly to our CEO.

What You'll Do

• Own intake and prioritisation of integration requests, data imports and improvements on live integrations
• Scope integrations with clients, partners and vendors, and turn them into clear specs for the builders
• Turn one-off builds into standard Marketplace products, category by category
• Run the Marketplace offering: what we support, status, ETAs and pricing input
• Maintain the Integrations Playbook as the single source of truth for every integration
• Shape the 2027 integrations framework with engineering: new API endpoints, observability and service accounts
• Be part of an integrations team of 5, working daily with builders using n8n Enterprise and Claude Code

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or technical product manager, ideally on APIs, integrations or platform products
• Strong technical grip on APIs, webhooks, authentication and data mapping. You can read API docs and challenge a vendor's assumptions.
• Comfortable talking to clients, third parties and developers, often in the same week
• A sharp sense of prioritisation, and the backbone to say no
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent IT-related field
• Familiarity with Agile development workflows
• Bonus: a data or agency background, experience in PropTech or real estate, or hands-on with n8n or LLM-based tooling
