Job summary

Bitvavo is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own growth and go-to-market strategy for our retail product in the crypto fintech space. You will drive usage through cross-sell, upsell and adoption of new features, while coordinating across CRM, Product, Marketing, Partner Management and Brand.

You will define market entry and aggressive growth initiatives, building end-to-end campaigns and measuring impact with data-driven experiments in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing or acquisition-focused product marketing in trading, investing, or consumer fintech.
• Ability to move prospects into activated, retained customers in a regulated product.
• Strong data-driven approach with experiments to shape acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead new market entry and aggressive growth strategies, prioritising impact and channels.
• Plan, build and ship multi-channel campaigns end to end, hands-on through production.
• Track competitive landscape and shape positioning for first-time account openings.
• Coordinate product and marketing on acquisition, briefing creatives and aligning teams.
