Job summary

Bitvavo invites a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market and engagement for our most active traders on advanced trading products. You will define GTM strategy, drive volume, and collaborate with CRM, Product and Brand to align campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in product marketing within trading or fintech, deep instrument knowledge, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a regulated market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product marketing, go to market, or product management within trading, investing, derivatives or consumer fintech.
• Deep understanding of trading instruments and markets and how to sell to a sophisticated, regulation-aware audience.
• Self-starter with ability to spot market moments and new features before briefs arrive.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making and experimentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to align cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a regulated, multi-market financial services environment.
• Genuine interest in crypto and the future direction of the space.
• Experience with marketing, CRM and content systems such as Contentful, Hygraph, Braze, Amplitude or ABSmartly.

Responsibilities

• Define & Lead go to market strategy for new and advanced trading instruments and features.
• Drive trading volume and engagement among active traders with lifecycle, win-back and loyalty campaigns.
• Plan, build and ship multi channel campaigns end to end.
• Run engagement programs for traders and track ROI.
• Track competitor derivatives and pro-trading offers and shape positioning.
• Educate peers and align teams around one story for the advanced-trader audience.
