Job summary

Bluebird, Rotterdam-based, is seeking a Product Manager to own the Core Platform, focusing on integrations, APIs, data and AI-enabled features. You’ll build a developer portal and guide AI-native course creation from discovery to launch, collaborating with engineers and other PMs.

Fluency in Dutch and English, 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management, and hands-on experience with APIs, data flows and enterprise integrations are required.

Qualifications

• Dutch and English fluency in a working environment.
• 5+ years in product management in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, data or reporting products, shared services or enterprise workflow software.
• Shipped AI features in B2B SaaS and can translate GenAI capabilities into customer workflows.
• Know APIs, webhooks, authentication, permissions and data flows well enough to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
• Explain technical topics clearly to customers and non-technical colleagues.
• Extra points for integration after an acquisition, SSO or enterprise integrations, AI evaluation and guardrails, RAG or agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product for the core platform: integrations, shared components and services, reporting and data.
• Integrate acquired companies and partner technology into the platform.
• Build a developer portal from zero, where the company publishes its APIs for outside developers.
• Lead an AI-native course creation tool from discovery to launch, including quality, guardrails, privacy and cost.
• Work as a partner to the lead engineer, and change complex problems into clear requirements, prototypes and user stories.
• Help the other PMs learn what it takes to build AI products.

Train the AI that helps hundreds of training companies build their courses. This role leads product for a new Core Platform team: integrations, APIs, data and generative AI.

You build the foundation that every other team uses.

About the company: who will you join?

• An established Dutch B2B SaaS learning platform with 20+ years in the market, about 60 people and stable growth
• Hundreds of training providers use the platform to run professional courses that adapt to each learner and mix online and in-person learning
• AI is already in production (quiz creation and essay marking). The company now moves to AI-native features
• A new team structure with three product teams. You lead the new Core Platform team
