Job summary

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a senior in a product-led development team/SaaS company.
- Proven experience contributing to a user-friendly solution.
- Proven experience dealing with complex business rules and data models.
- Proven accountability for feature development solution & success.
Responsibilities
- Design and build onboarding flows and guided implementation experiences for new customers.
- Build data migration tooling with reliable imports and clear error feedback.
- Make core interactions intuitive and modern, e.g. wizard-based flows.
- Remove obstacles between new customers and first successful project.
- Roll out changes safely and validate impact before default release.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and customer success to reduce friction.
