Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Pricing & Revenue based in Netherlands.

This is a senior product leadership role owning the Pricing & Revenue domain across a complex global travel marketplace. You will be accountable for the commercial outcomes, economics, priorities, and product decisions that determine how supply is distributed, priced, and monetized. The role combines product strategy with deep analytical and commercial problem-solving across pricing, supply, distribution, connectivity, and margin. You will work closely with engineering and other teams to turn complex marketplace dynamics into practical product decisions. The environment is highly autonomous and fast-moving, with short feedback loops and significant ownership over experimentation and execution. You will also contribute to the development of a growing product organization and help shape products operating at global scale.

Accountabilities

The Senior Product Manager, Pricing & Revenue will own the Pricing & Revenue domain as both a product and business area, driving measurable outcomes across pricing, supply selection, distribution, and monetization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the Pricing & Revenue product domain end to end, including outcomes, economics, priorities, roadmap, and product decisions.
  • Define success metrics and establish clear commercial and product objectives for the domain.
  • Determine how hotel supply should be selected and distributed across hundreds of supplier connections.
  • Develop pricing and margin strategies across customers, suppliers, markets, and booking contexts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve take rate, revenue, competitiveness, and overall marketplace economics.
  • Analyze complex interactions between pricing, supply, distribution, connectivity, and monetization.
  • Use data and commercial insights to identify opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and guide product decisions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams on technically complex products and real-time supplier connectivity.
  • Explore how distribution decisions can be separated from technical constraints associated with synchronous supplier queries.
  • Design, prioritize, and evaluate experiments to validate product and commercial hypotheses.
  • Move quickly from ideas to testing and implementation while maintaining accountability for measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities arising from marketplace dynamics, customer needs, and operational data.
  • Help establish and evolve product practices, decision-making frameworks, and ways of working within a growing product organization.
  • Contribute to the development of products and systems designed to operate at significant global scale.
Requirements

The role requires substantial experience owning a product or business area end to end, combined with strong commercial, analytical, and technical capabilities. Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Several years of experience owning a product or business area from strategy through execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to take accountability for commercial or business results associated with a product area.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace or distribution economics, particularly pricing, supply, demand, margin, monetization, or incentives.
  • Ability to work deeply with data and commercial mechanics and translate insights into product decisions.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically complex products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex, interconnected systems.
  • Experience making product trade-offs based on commercial impact, customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
  • Ability to operate independently in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to drive outcomes rather than simply manage processes.
  • Willingness to develop deep expertise in trading, pricing, and revenue optimization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, commercial, and other functions.
  • Marketplace or distribution experience is highly relevant; direct travel-industry experience is not required.
  • Comfort working in an environment with limited process, significant autonomy, and rapid decision-making.
Benefits
  • Remote position within the EU.
  • Hybrid work options available in Barcelona, Palma, Dublin, or Casablanca.
  • Significant ownership over a major product and business domain.
  • Opportunity to work on complex marketplace challenges involving pricing, distribution, supply, connectivity, and monetization.
  • Fast-moving environment with short feedback loops and the ability to test and implement ideas quickly.
  • Meaningful equity participation, providing potential upside tied to the growth of the business.
  • Opportunity to help build and shape a growing product organization.
  • Global scope, working on infrastructure and products serving major travel and technology businesses.
  • Exposure to large-scale API infrastructure and complex real-time marketplace systems.
  • Opportunity to contribute to AI-driven innovation within the travel technology ecosystem.
