Rabobank in Utrecht (Netherlands) seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape two critical platform products in a highly regulated setting. You will own strategy, roadmap, adoption, and outcomes for pipeline compliance and managed CI/CD services within the Rabobank software delivery ecosystem.

You’ll lead two platform teams, collaborate with architects, and drive developer experience while ensuring compliance and security by design.

Competenze

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in complex Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, and secure-by-design delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar platforms, including permissions and YAML pipelines.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and deliver outcomes in a multi-team environment.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on customer value and business impact over feature output.

The second team delivers managed CI/CD capabilities that are compliant by design, enabling engineers to focus on building software while the platform takes care of governance, security, and operational excellence.Together, these products are a key part of Rabobank's Managed Application Stack: the paved road that provides engineers with everything they need to go from idea to production. Whether teams are launching new microservices, modernising legacy workloads, or building customer-facing solutions, your platforms enable secure and frictionless software delivery at scale.This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, and Security.
