Job summary

Client Server in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Product Manager (B2C) to own a core platform powering the customer experience. The role offers hybrid work with three days remote and a market-leading salary up to €95,000.

You will steer product strategy, align APIs and event-driven services with CRM, Marketing and Care teams, and collaborate across engineering in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, reusable capabilities.

Senior Product Manager (B2C) Amsterdam / WFH to €95,000

Are you a tech savvy Product Management with strong B2C experience?

You could be progressing your career in an impactful role at a hugely successful European eCommerce with a customer base of over ten million; this is an opportunity to play a pivotal role within a growing technology organisation, owning a core platform that sits at the heart of the customer experience strategy.

As a Product Manager, you'll join the Customer Activation Services (CAS) team, responsible for developing the shared platform capabilities that power customer engagement across the business. Rather than delivering end-user features directly, you'll build reusable services, APIs and event-driven capabilities that enable teams across CRM, AI, Marketing, Customer Experience, Order Management and Customer Care to innovate faster and deliver richer, more personalised experiences.

Collaborating with engineering, architecture and business stakeholders, you'll define product strategy, prioritise the roadmap and ensure the platform evolves to meet the needs of multiple product teams. You'll take a platform first approach, making informed decisions about capability ownership, defining clear interfaces and creating solutions that are scalable, reusable and easy to adopt.

This is a highly visible role where you'll influence the organisation's long term platform strategy and play a key part in delivering major strategic initiatives.

Location / WFH

You’ll join the team in the Amsterdam office, collaborating as part of a diverse, international team with flexibility to work from home three days a week.

About you

• You have strong experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a platform or B2C product environment
• You have a strong understanding of platform products, APIs, event-driven architectures and reusable services
• You have experience of working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment
• You're able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while prioritising long term platform value
• You are a strategic thinker with fluent English language communication and stakeholder management skills
• You care about building products that enable other teams to innovate and move faster
