Product Lead Role

About Creative Clicks

Creative Clicks is a global performance marketing company that builds, markets, and scales digital products across mobile, e-commerce, lead generation, and direct-response channels. We operate in over 65 countries and manage high-volume campaigns end‑to‑end from creative and landing pages to media buying, data, and monetization. We don’t outsource performance. We own it. Our teams move fast, test aggressively, and scale what works. Decisions are driven by data, not politics.

About The Role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Product Lead to drive the execution and growth of our owned ecommerce portfolio. In this role, you will own the operational backbone of product performance ensuring products are launched correctly, remain compliant, stay in stock, and convert efficiently from product page to checkout. You’ll work closely with the Business Unit Manager, performance marketing, creative/content, and development teams to remove bottlenecks across the product lifecycle from product setup and portal experience to payment flow reliability, stock readiness, and launch reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, operationally strong, and commercially minded.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the product execution roadmap across portal experience, product setup, checkout performance, and launch readiness
  • Manage product uploads/deloads and ensure product pages are accurate, complete, and aligned with strategic priorities
  • Oversee portal UX and functionality to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Test and QA payment methods and checkout flows to ensure reliability and reduce drop-offs
  • Monitor stock lead times and availability, coordinating timely stock orders and risk flags
  • Analyze product launches and ongoing performance using dashboards; translate data into clear actions
  • Improve product setup processes (front‑end + back‑end) to increase speed, consistency, and scalability
  • Collect and manage product images/videos and keep content drives clean, structured, and usable
  • Run market and competitor research to inform positioning, setup decisions, and launch priorities
  • Document learnings and continuously improve internal execution standards and playbooks
  • Drive global growth of the owned product portfolio and ensure targets are consistently met
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in ecommerce operations, product execution, or product management (fast‑paced, high‑volume preferred)
  • Proven experience managing product catalog uploads/deloads, product setup workflows, and portal operations
  • Strong understanding of checkout UX and payment systems, with hands‑on QA/testing experience
  • Confident using dashboards/reporting to evaluate launches and spot issues fast (conversion, drop‑offs, payment failures, stock impact)
  • Experience with stock/lead‑time management and coordinating availability to avoid revenue loss
  • Strong process discipline: able to run checklists, keep standards high, and prevent avoidable setup mistakes
  • Solid stakeholder management: can coordinate with BU, performance, creative, and dev without losing ownership
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail (you catch issues before they go live)
  • Fluent in English
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with direct‑response ecommerce or high‑volume paid traffic environments
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JS understanding (enough to QA issues and communicate clearly with devs)
  • Experience improving checkout funnels, payment success rates, and product page structure
  • Experience with content tools (Figma, Canva, basic Photoshop) for fast operational edits
  • Exposure to pricing, promotions, or offer testing
Why Join Us
  • Annual performance‑based bonus
  • Travel compensation
  • Hybrid way of working
  • Healthy office lunch (real warm lunch)
  • Alleo – employee benefits marketplace with 100+ options
  • €30 added to your account every month
  • €50 birthday budget to spend however you like
  • Remote work policy
  • OpenUp / Headspace – anytime, anywhere access to certified psychologists
  • Dutch language courses (up to 2 levels)
  • Health insurance discount (CZ)
  • Fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment with real ownership
  • Opportunity to grow within a global performance marketing organization
