Job summary

You will collaborate with customers, production, design, procurement, and senior management to deliver clear strategies, optimize lifecycle performance, and achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Education required: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management with strong customer relationship management expertise.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage P&L accountability.
• Data-driven decision-making and structured problem solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on market and financial targets.
• Lead lifecycle management to optimize revenue, pricing, costs, and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, define value propositions, refine segmentation.
• Support engineering in roadmap execution while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead go-to-market strategies, RFQ processes, forecasting, and risk management.
• Drive P&L reviews and cross-functional coordination to meet targets.
