Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver the strategy for machine and AI access to ScienceDirect content. You will translate complex questions into scalable products, working across product, technology, legal, and commercial teams to shape access, governance, measurement, and monetization in an evolving AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for machine and AI access to Elsevier’s full content.
• Translate strategy into a product roadmap and lead delivery with engineering.
• Lead customer discovery and pilots to validate machine-to-machine use cases.
• Shape entitlement models and access tiers for machine use, including identity and metering.
• Contribute to how machine usage and value is measured and reported for customers.
• Monitor competitive landscape across open infrastructure and AI platforms.
