Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Gather and analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitive insights to inform product decisions
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Prioritise features and manage the product backlog to maximise value delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, design and QA teams to ensure timely and high‑quality product releases
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment across teams
• Drive go‑to‑market planning and support product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the product lifecycle
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team

Requirements
