Job summary

The role collaborates with design, merchandising, supply value chain, and global teams to ensure high quality, sustainable products and competitive pricing.

You will drive cost analyses, participate in milestone meetings, and guide product decisions to optimize margins while preserving brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fashion product development or related field.
• Bachelor or Master in fashion, textiles, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product management through development process, attending key meetings and advising on improvements.
• Maintain workflows and ensure product quality per calendars and milestones.
• Collaborate with design, supply value chain, and vendors for margins and sustainability targets.
• Lead cost implications discussions and quality risk calls with design and production teams.
• Drive digitization of product and 3D processes along PLM lifecycle.
