Job summary

HoSt Group, a global leader in renewable energy systems, seeks a Senior Product Developer for Bright Renewables in Enschede. Based in a multidisciplinary team, you drive development and standardisation of carbon capture technologies and own the product roadmap.

You will translate market developments into technical innovations, manage budgets, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and suppliers. A Master’s degree and 5–8 years in product development are required, with fluency in Dutch and

Qualifications

• A completed technical degree at Master’s level.
• 5–8 years’ experience in technical product development or engineering.
• Experience managing complex development projects and making product-level decisions.
• Experience with stakeholder management in international organisations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Draw up the annual product development plan and monitor its budget.
• Own technical standards and long-term development of Carbon Capture technology.
• Initiate and implement product improvements and new technical standards.
• Perform analyses to optimise performance, reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Manage product development and maintenance activities and prioritise work.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for Sales on customer issues.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with international suppliers.
