Job summary

Bright Renewables, part of HoSt Group, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to combine hands-on engineering with international collaboration. You’ll work with Electrical and Software Engineers and report to the Manager of E&I and Software, based in Enschede with a planned move to Hengelo in late 2026.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 or higher in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation required.
• Approximately 4 years hands-on experience in electrical system design and implementation.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC, UL, CSA, ATEX, and SIL standards.
• Proactive, accurate and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQs and evaluate technical offers.
• Communicate directly with clients and answer technical questions.
• Collaborate with Electrical and Software Engineering teams in the Netherlands and Poland.
• Prepare load lists, network diagrams, cable lists, and electrical documentation.
• Review electrical schematics and supervise panel builders.
• Perform ATEX and SIL calculations.
• Provide technical support during commissioning and start-up.
