CODE D'AZUR in Amsterdam seeks a senior product/visual designer to elevate our AI-native design approach. You will own visual and motion craft, setting high standards and guiding strategy with the team.
You bring 6+ years of senior design experience, a portfolio showing classical design and real product depth, and fluency with AI prototyping tools and code-friendly workflows. You'll collaborate across strategy, design and development and shape client outcomes.
Classical craft meets digital fluency. Human judgment at the center of AI-native design.
We're looking for a product designer who is, first and foremost, a brilliant maker, someone with the eye of an art director and the instincts of a visual designer, who understands digital and product design at a deep level. You'll sit alongside our product designers, who skew more toward UX, and alongside our other art directors; you'll raise the visual and craft ceiling of everything we ship.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to keep doing what they're already doing or outsource their craft to prompt-to-prototype AI design tools. We're building a different way of working that combines the best of people and AI, and we want someone genuinely excited about it, not just tolerant of it.
Someone with 6+ years as a senior designer, ideally in an agency context, with a portfolio that shows both classical design sensibility and real product depth.
As a person, you bring:
You may be feeling constrained where you are now, frustrated that you can't move at the speed your ideas deserve, or that there's no real appetite for new ways of working. You see what AI makes possible, and you want to work somewhere that takes that potential as seriously as you do.
We have an innovation mindset and want to work with and for the bold and the brave. We're genuinely excited about what AI opens up for design, and we want people who feel the same way. We're not an agency trying to replace human craft with machine output. We're one that bets the real opportunity is to amplify exceptional people, not automate them away.
Hypersolid runs on trust, not hierarchy. People take ownership of their work, ask hard questions, and push each other to do better, because they care about the outcome, not because someone's watching.
Technology is how we build, never the reason we build. We grow by staying curious, learning from each other, and giving feedback that's honest instead of easy. We're makers at heart, so we go after real problems with energy, not just good intentions.
If you want work you can be proud of, and a team that holds you to that same bar, you'll feel at home here.
