Job summary

INDG seeks a Senior Producer to own complex automotive productions from scope to delivery. You will translate client ambition into scalable rendering pipelines, manage asset dependencies, reviews, budgets and stakeholder approvals.

The role requires driving production rhythm and ensuring outputs meet quality benchmarks across brands and markets. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, vendors and coordinators, and push for repeatable, scalable workflows that can handle

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital production, CG, VFX, animation, interactive or platform delivery environments.
• Experience managing CGI-related workflows through production, review and delivery.
• Experience with interactive/digital experiences like configurators, AR/VR or digital product platforms.
• Strong client management experience with international brands and distributed teams.
• Commercial awareness across scopes, estimates, resources and budgets.
• Affinity with automotive or product worlds where design and visual identity matter.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple automotive productions from kick-off to delivery, including CG imagery, animation, configurators and digital experiences.
• Define scopes, milestones, budgets and delivery plans, identifying dependencies early.
• Lead client meetings, reviews and escalation conversations with clarity and control.
• Improve production systems, documentation and handovers to scale across long-term client relationships.
