Job summary

INDG Grip is seeking a Senior 3D Artist to convert automotive data into premium CGI. You will work from high‑poly vehicle assets, build materials, render stills and animations, and ensure consistency across large content sets for configurators and campaigns.

You will own the render pipeline, evaluate image quality across lighting, materials, geometry, and compositing, and refine details like paint finishes, glass, leather, and chrome to achieve photoreal results.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in automotive CGI and high-end production.
• Experience with physically based materials, lighting, render passes, compositing.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating seniority and finished output.

Responsibilities

• Create automotive CGI that holds up at close range: build stills and animations from high-poly vehicle models, texture, shade, light, render, and composite content across automotive brands.
• Own the render pipeline: evaluate image quality from a senior production perspective and refine lighting, materials, geometry, and compositing to achieve photoreal results.
• Work inside scalable production pipelines: follow naming/versioning/render-layer standards and keep assets reusable for configurators and campaigns.
• Improve quality while delivering content: implement feedback from art directors and production teams to reduce rework and improve material libraries and lighting templates.
