Job summary

QuantWare is building a state‑of‑the‑art fabrication facility for quantum processors. We seek a Senior Process Engineer to transfer and qualify processes from R&D to kilofab, lead SATs for new tools, and drive process optimization for yield and reliability.

You will work closely with R&D, Equipment Engineering, and facilities teams, contributing to a fast-evolving roadmap and a hybrid work setup. Candidates with superconducting qubit or cryogenic context are welcome.

Qualifications

  • MSc or PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
  • 5-7 years hands‑on cleanroom process engineering in semiconductor fab or advanced materials fabrication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or co-lead Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for incoming process tools (at least 2 modules).
  • Create SAT criteria with engineers and vendors; negotiate test conditions and sign-off.
  • Execute qualification wafer runs, analyze results, and generate SAT reports.
