Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Post Silicon Validation Engineer to lead validation and production release of MEMS-based timing devices in Delft, Netherlands.

You will drive system-level performance improvements through cross-functional collaboration, develop automated test systems and firmware for data collection, and perform root-cause analysis to enable faster, higher-quality releases.

This role requires strong programming in MATLAB, Python, C, or C++, and experience with ATE integration.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in semiconductor/sensor productisation.
• Experience leading validation projects and verification plans.
• Knowledge of mixed-signal circuits and electronics lab equipment.
• Strong MATLAB, Python, C and/or C++ skills (OOP preferred).
• Experience with test automation, ATE integration, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation, characterization, and production release plans.
• Lead cross-site engineering projects and coordinate with design teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners.
• Evaluate silicon performance and recommend design improvements.
• Develop automated test systems, PCB platforms, and firmware for data collection and analysis.
• Perform root-cause analysis on product issues and drive corrective actions.
• Improve validation processes, methodologies, and engineering best practices.
