Job summary

SiTime in the Netherlands seeks a Post-Silicon Validation Engineer II to productize MEMS-based timing products. You will perform post-silicon validation, characterization, firmware development, and support hardware test automation across MEMS, CMOS, and NPI teams.

We value hands-on lab experience and strong coding in MATLAB, Python, and C/C++. The role requires collaboration in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with equity grants and a quarterly bonus as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Post-silicon validation and characterization of MEMS-based timing products.
• Develop firmware and test automation; support hardware test development.

Responsibilities

• Validation, characterization, and release-to-production of MEMS-based timing products.
• Collaborate with MEMS and circuit design teams to evaluate silicon at system level; propose design improvements.
• Design, develop, and validate PCB test platforms and firmware for automated data acquisition and analysis.
• Develop and transfer algorithms to final test and production environments.
• Perform engineering failure analysis to root cause product issues.
