Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Post Silicon Validation Engineer to lead validation and production release of MEMS-based timing devices. You will drive system-level performance improvements through cross-functional collaboration, test automation, characterization and failure analysis.

The role includes mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with design teams, vendors and manufacturing partners to ensure robust validation plans and efficient release processes.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor/sensor productisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation, characterization, and production release plans.
• Lead cross-site engineering projects and coordinate with design teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners.
• Evaluate silicon performance and recommend design improvements.
• Develop automated test systems, PCB platforms, and firmware for data collection and analysis.
• Perform root-cause analysis on product issues and drive corrective actions.
• Improve validation processes, methodologies, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers.
