Job summary

Fitexa in the Netherlands is seeking experienced PMOs to drive financial services projects. You will prepare progress reports, coordinate programme reporting, and support management committees. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and ensure timely, clear information.

The role requires at least 5 years in the field, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong organisation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project/programme reporting and management.
• Degree(s) in a relevant field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Excellent communication and planning skills; fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders at senior management level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic progress reports highlighting results, risks, bottlenecks and next steps.
• Coordinate reports for programme management and management committees.
• Facilitate programme communication, planning and reporting with timely progress information.
• Monitor tasks and action points; support the programme manager in steering the programme.
