Job summary

Bitvavo is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own growth and go-to-market strategy for our retail product. You will drive acquisition, onboarding and feature adoption, from the moment a user hears about Bitvavo to their first trade.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, partner with CRM, Product, Marketing, Partner Management and Brand, and optimize first-touch storytelling across channels in a regulated fintech context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, acquisition-focused product marketing or product management within trading, investing or consumer fintech.
• A real self starter who finds the next acquisition channel or activation lever before being briefed.
• Analytical with ability to define success metrics and use data/experiments to shape campaigns and product decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to align cross-functional teams around one story.
• Understanding of marketing channels, effectiveness, and best places to reach new customers in a given market.

Responsibilities

• Define & Lead new market entry strategy and aggressive growth strategies in existing markets.
• Experiment with new creative tactics to drive acquisition, onboarding, activation or top-of-funnel conversion with cross-functional partners.
• Plan, build and ship multi-channel campaigns end to end, staying hands-on through production.
• Track the competitive landscape for onboarding flows and adjust positioning for first-time account openings.
• Connect Product and Marketing on acquisition-related topics; brief creatives and align teams around a single first-touch story.
