Your role as GPM Trading & Forecasting
As Group Product Manager (GPM) Trading & Forecasting, you own the end-to-end product agenda across multiple trading-critical teams. You lead one product-engineering team and PM, with a second team onboarding soon and scope to scale to 4–5 teams over time.
Acting as the senior product counterpart to trading leadership, you lead product teams in translating trading strategy and growth ambitions into core trading capabilities. This includes forecasting systems, next‑generation trading applications, advanced machine learning models and scalable data platforms. Together, these capabilities form critical infrastructure that enables decision‑making across multiple markets and timeframes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading product-engineering teams building data platforms and products for trading analytics, forecasting, structuring and optimization.
- Leading and coaching PMs, strengthening product craft, ownership and decision‑making across teams.
- Establishing strong collaboration across the trading floor by defining clear ownership and effective operating models.
- Defining ways of working that match the criticality of a mission‑critical trading environment.
- Owning delivery and performance of strategic initiatives through OKRs and value‑driven development.
- Proactively identifying market developments and translating them into scalable product opportunities.
- Owning and driving the roadmap for forecasting and optimization tooling in close collaboration with trading, engineering and data science teams.
Your profile
- Proven experience leading PM’s and product teams
- Experience in building real‑time data platforms and products
- Strong product leader from trading or real‑time, data‑intensive domains
- Track record of 0 to 1 product delivery in data‑critical/ ML‑driven contexts
- Able to build reliable data products and enable self‑service for traders
- Comfortable operating in high‑stakes environments with direct business impact
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and makes bold decisions under pressure
- Metric‑ and outcome‑driven mindset.
