Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and observability.
• Real security engineering skills: translate authz/audit requirements into working systems.
• Comfort with enterprise IT aspects of a startup, incl. certifications and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own and harden our platform: AWS, Kubernetes, Postgres, IaC, CI/CD and observability.
• Make security the default with least privilege, secrets management and tenant isolation built into the platform.
• Automate SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls and evidence collection.
• Turn operational toil into self-service systems for engineers.
• Support safe AI agent deployment with sandboxes, guardrails and human checks.
