In this role you’ll work with customers to implement and use Duna’s product, manage enterprise relationships, and guide deployments with clear, human communication and systems thinking.

• Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product
• Manage relationships and collaboration within complex enterprise dynamics
• Detailed and intense Project management during deployment phase
• Break down and prioritise product requirements and requests early in the implementation proces
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience
• Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes
