Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules across the asset lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines and resources, ensuring timely project execution.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project planning within oil and gas, strong PM knowledge, and proficiency in Primavera P6. This role emphasizes accuracy, leadership in planning meetings, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project planning within oil and gas.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather data and milestones.
Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare regular progress reports with schedule updates and earned value analyses.
Lead planning meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
