Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in project planning within oil and gas.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare regular progress reports including earned value and performance metrics.
• Provide forecasts based on project trends and data analysis.
• Lead planning meetings and workshops for stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Mentor junior Planning Engineers.
