Job summary

ASML seeks a senior Physical Security & Identity Innovation Specialist to mature and scale our innovation capability. You will connect business needs, security risks and opportunities to a governed portfolio, driving investments and enabling future capabilities across the organization.

You will build trusted partnerships, establish governance, and ensure innovations transition into operational standards and services, reporting to the Manager Physical Security & Identity Innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in innovation management, technology management, security management, business administration or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in innovation, portfolio governance, or strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and investment proposals.
• Experience establishing governance structures and decision-making frameworks in large organizations.
• Ability to align across strategic, governance and operational functions with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation portfolio management processes, resulting in a transparent, prioritized and governed portfolio.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals enabling informed decisions on opportunities and investments.
• Define, implement and improve governance, decision-making criteria and investment frameworks.
• Create and maintain a funneling mechanism for ideas, risks, opportunities and technologies.
• Translate opportunities into future capability roadmaps, standards and initiatives.
• Develop trusted partnerships across DTS, CRE Center of Excellence and external partners.
• Establish transition/adoption mechanisms to integrate innovations into standards and services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to future innovation specialists in feasibility studies and pilots.
