Job summary

ASML is seeking a Manager OT/ICS Security to lead the independent Second Line (2LoR) function for OT/ICS, ensuring governance, risk oversight, and assurance of ASML’s industrial environments.

You will define and monitor the OT/ICS security control framework, advise sectors, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving the OT/ICS capability across ASML. Leadership over a small team including an Architect and Engineers is included.

Qualifications

• A strong technical background in cybersecurity and OT/ICS domains.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with significant OT/ICS exposure.
• Proven experience in risk, governance, or second line (2LoR) roles.
• Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, utilities, or critical infrastructure).
• Leadership experience managing teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with OT/ICS frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIS Regulations, NIST CSF) and with security architecture.
• Experience in risk management, control design, and assurance, plus regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor the OT/ICS security control framework across ASML.
• Advise sectors and ensure regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
• Build and lead the central OT/ICS security team and manage a small team.
• Collaborate with sector Facing teams to implement policies and standards.
