Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior PHP/Laravel Developer with hands-on infrastructure and DevOps experience to work remotely from the Netherlands. You will split time between software development and infrastructure administration, driving system reliability and performance.

You will design, build, and modernize data-driven applications using PHP, Laravel, Filament, and PostgreSQL, while leading incident response, CI/CD improvements, and architecture decisions across teams.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in software development and ICT domains with senior-level experience.
• Strong PHP/Laravel production experience; PHP 8.4 and Laravel 12 preferred.
• Deep understanding of architecture, APIs, data exchanges, and PostgreSQL.
• Secure coding, automated testing, static analysis, and code reviews.
• Git-based workflows, Jenkins CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Hands-on Linux, virtualization, containers, storage, monitoring, and DR.
• Experience with Proxmox, Ceph/CephFS, ZFS, Icinga, Grafana, Loki; OVH infra preferred.
• Strong documentation and ability to communicate across teams; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain PHP/Laravel apps.
• Modernize legacy systems; reduce technical debt and improve performance.
• Architect APIs and data flows; ensure secure, reliable integration.
• Maintain automated tests, static analysis, and code-quality checks.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Git, and Gitea.
• Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to peers.
• Handle incident management and root-cause analysis for prod issues.
• Administer Proxmox cluster and storage, including Ceph/ZFS.
• Maintain PostgreSQL, Jenkins, Gitea, web servers; monitor with Icinga, Grafana, Loki.
• Document architecture, configurations, procedures, and runbooks.
