Job summary

The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague seeks a Personnel Security Support Officer to manage and support the Court’s background screening program. You will conduct personnel security analyses, run risk assessments, and interact with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure reliable, secure access to ICC premises and information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience in vetting, investigation or security within police, military, government or international environment.
• Diploma of secondary education; higher degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze personnel security clearances for ICC premises, systems or information.
• Conduct risk assessments and open-source/social-media analyses.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and hiring managers on risks and safeguards.
• Coordinate with external partners including national security agencies, INTERPOL and AIVD.
• Prepare reports and analyses per established procedures for management.
