Job summary

EY Amsterdam/Eindhoven is seeking a Senior People Consultant to join our People Consulting team, focusing on Change Management, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, HR Technology, Talent & Skills, and AI Adoption & AI for HR.

You’ll lead people-led transformations, prepare client workshops, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our service offerings while collaborating across offices in Amsterdam and Eindhoven in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, HR, or change management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industry or consulting.
• Strong understanding of people-related processes in change management, HR transformations and/or business transformations.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people-centered solutions.
• Experience and/or curiosity in how to deploy AI within people related processes.
• Fluent Dutch is preferred; fluent English is required.
• Team player with stakeholder management experience.
• Resilience under pressure and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical thinker delivering practical, sustainable solutions for clients.

Your new job | About your main responsibilities

As a Senior People Consultant, you’ll be part of the People Consulting team. In our team we focus on the following competencies: Change Management, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, HR Technology, Talent & Skills and AI Adoption & AI for HR. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Working on people-led transformations from design and planning through implementation, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams

The People Consulting department consists of 40 professionals who have at least one thing in common. We have a human-centric mindset and put humans at the center of our engagements to make a lasting impact for our clients. We closely work together across our competences to make a lasting client impact . The competencies within our team are Change management, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, HR Technology, Talent & Skills and AI Adoption & AI for HR .
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team beyond Amsterdam and are now looking for colleagues in Eindhoven. You will be one of the first in this location, offering a unique opportunity to help shape and build our presence there. While you will be part of our established People Consulting team in Amsterdam, your day-to-day (client) work will primarily take place in the Eindhoven region. At the same time, staying connected is key: you will join the full team in Amsterdam at least once a month for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team building, ensuring you remain closely integrated with your colleagues.

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

• A relevant master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, HR or Change Management

• Relevant working experience of 3 to 5 years within industry or consulting-related roles with strong affinity for the people agenda

• Strong understanding of people related processes related to change management, HR transformations and/or business transformations

• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people-centered solutions

• Experience and/or curiosity in how to deploy AI within people related processes

• F luent oral and written communication skills in Dutch are preferred

• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English

• Team player with the ability to quickly and effectively integrate into new teams .

• Experienced in managing stakeholders and client relationships in a dynamic and complex environment.

• Able to demonstrate resilience in stressful situations and perform well under pressure.

• Ability to analyze problems and to provide input to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients.
