Your new job – About your main responsibilities
- Working on people-led transformations from design and planning through implementation, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams
- Preparing client workshops and assisting in facilitating, focused on for example, stakeholder engagement, transformation vision, change impact analyses, and leadership alignment
- Building strong relationships with the client and proactively maintaining and strengthening these relationships.
- Assisting the sales process by brainstorming with the team on client’s challenges and preparing proposals.
- Influencing and persuading clients and stakeholders to gain support for project-related initiatives and/or decisions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our service offerings

The People Consulting department consists of 40 professionals who have at least one thing in common. We closely work together across our competencies to make a lasting client impact. The competencies within our team are Change management, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, HR Technology, Talent & Skills and AI Adoption & AI for HR.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team beyond Amsterdam and are now looking for colleagues in Eindhoven. You will be one of the first in this location, offering a unique opportunity to help shape and build our presence there. While you will be part of our established People Consulting team in Amsterdam, your day-to-day client work will primarily take place in the Eindhoven region. At the same time, staying connected is key: you will join the full team in Amsterdam at least once a month for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team building, ensuring you remain closely integrated with your colleagues.
Eindhoven: Our office in Eindhoven is located in the heart of the innovative Brainport region, where technology, collaboration and social impact come together. The office is within walking distance of Eindhoven Central Station and is known for its open atmosphere, short lines of communication and typical Brabant warmth.
Your skills and strengths – About your unique contribution
- A relevant master's degree, e.g., in Business Administration, HR or Change Management
- Relevant working experience of 3 to 5 years within industry or consulting-related roles with strong affinity for the people agenda
- Strong understanding of people related processes related to change management, HR transformations and/or business transformations
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people-centered solutions
- Experience and/or curiosity in how to deploy AI within people related processes
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in Dutch are preferred
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
- Team player with the ability to quickly and effectively integrate into new teams.
- Experienced in managing stakeholders and client relationships in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Able to demonstrate resilience in stressful situations and perform well under pressure.
- Ability to analyze problems and to provide input to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients.
