Job summary

Loop Earplugs is seeking a Senior Packaging Program Manager to own the entire packaging program across our product portfolio. You’ll bring structure to complex launches, connect cross-functional teams, and ensure every package is delivered on time, on budget, and at Loop's renowned quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in packaging, program management, project management, engineering, or consumer product development.
• Experience delivering packaging for consumer products from concept through mass production.
• Strong understanding of packaging manufacturing, tooling, material sourcing, and NPI/NPD development processes.
• Experience working directly with Contract Manufacturers and OEM partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluent English.

The Role

You’ll lead packaging programs from concept through production, embedding packaging milestones into every New Product Development (NPD) roadmap while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Design, and external manufacturing partners.

You’ll combine strategic program management with hands‑on execution, proactively identifying risks, aligning stakeholders, and driving packaging initiatives across multiple product launches simultaneously.
