Job summary

ADM seeks a Senior Packaging Engineer for the Packaging Technology Center in Europe. The role is hybrid, based in Amsterdam or other ADM EU locations, and reports to the Director of Global Packaging.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a B.S. in Engineering or Packaging Technology.
• 8+ years of operations experience in manufacturing or packaging.
• 4+ years of direct packaging experience with hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Develop and deploy packaging standards and best practices.
• Provide technical and operational leadership across packaging systems.
• Support capital projects and drive continuous improvement.
