• Prepare detailed reports with evidence, impact and mitigations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve security posture of facilities.

We are looking for a Senior OT/ICS Penetration Testing Consultant to perform safe and controlled security assessments across SCADA, PLC, industrial networks, relays, engineering workstations, and critical infrastructure environments.

• Conduct OT and ics penetration testing with strong focus on safety and operational continuity.
• Assess SCADA systems, PLCs, relays, engineering workstations, industrial protocols, and network segmentation.
• Use controlled test procedures, approved test windows, rollback plans, and safety guardrails.
• Translate technical vulnerabilities into operational risk, business impact, and remediation priority.
• Prepare detailed reports with evidence, impact, exploitability, compensating controls, and practical remediation guidance.

Required Skills:

OT/ICS security testing, SCADA, PLC, industrial networking, IEC 62443, critical infrastructure security, operational safety, segmentation assessment, remote access review, vulnerability reporting, and remediation validation.

Certifications:

GICSP with CREST CRT or OSCP. Preferred: GRID, GCIP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate, IC5. Training.

Experience:

7+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in OT/ICS security assessments, industrial control systems, penetration testing, or critical infrastructure environments.
