Job summary

L&T Technology Services in Arnhem, Netherlands seeks an experienced security professional to design and lead penetration testing across applications, APIs, cloud, infrastructure, and networks. The role includes threat modeling, red teaming, and providing remediation guidance to clients.

The candidate will review test plans and reports, support PTaaS design and DevSecOps integration, and contribute to high-quality security testing delivery for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in penetration testing, security architecture, vulnerability assessment, red teaming, and enterprise security testing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design penetration testing methodology, technical standards, and reusable delivery playbooks.
• Define testing approaches for applications, APIs, cloud, infrastructure, networks, and red team engagements.
• Conduct threat modeling and identify attack paths, abuse cases, and testing scenarios.
• Review test plans, findings, reports, severity ratings, and remediation guidance.
• Support PTaaS design, DevSecOps integration, quality assurance, and client technical advisory.

Certifications: CREST CRT and OSCP. Preferred: CREST CCT, GXPN, GPEN, GWAPT, OSEP, OSWE, CRTO.

Experience:

8+ years in penetration testing, security architecture, vulnerability assessment, red teaming, and enterprise security testing delivery.
