Job summary

L&T Technology Services Arnhem, Netherlands is seeking a senior cybersecurity professional to develop and operate CTEM processes, correlate threat intel with scanner data, and drive risk-based remediation across SOC, IT, application and OT teams.

You will prepare executive dashboards and risk reports, ensuring closed-loop remediation and alignment with business priorities. 8+ years in cybersecurity with strong vulnerability and exposure management is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with a focus on vulnerability and exposure management.
• Experience in threat intelligence correlation and risk prioritization.
• Proven remediation governance and security reporting experience.
• Experience coordinating with SOC, IT, application and OT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate CTEM processes including exposure identification, validation, prioritization, remediation tracking and reporting.
• Correlate penetration testing results with vulnerability scanner data, asset context, threat intel and remediation status.
• Prioritize exposures based on exploitability, business criticality, operational impact and active threat relevance.
• Track remediation progress, manage exceptions, validate closure and escalate high-risk or overdue exposures.
• Prepare dashboards, heatmaps, risk reports and executive-level security posture insights.

• Develop and operate CTEM processes covering exposure identification, validation, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting.

Certifications:

CISSP and CISM.

Preferred:

CRISC, CTIA, GSEC, FAIR Risk Analyst, Tenable Certified Expert, Qualys VMDR Specialist, Rapid7 InsightVM Specialist, CCSP, or AZ-500.

Experience:

8+ years in cybersecurity with strong experience in vulnerability management, exposure management, risk prioritization, threat intelligence, remediation governance, or security reporting
