Job summary

ING is seeking an Expert PPSS Intelligence Tactical/Operational (OSINT) to strengthen resilience by delivering high-quality intelligence on threats to people, assets and operations globally. You will provide tactical and operational intelligence across geopolitical, ideological and criminal domains, translating complex developments into actionable insights for senior security stakeholders.

Qualifications

Master's degree preferred (Security, Risk Management, International Relations, Law, or similar).
8-10+ years of relevant experience in intelligence, security, OSINT, risk or related fields.
Demonstrated experience with OSINT collection, analysis and reporting in a professional context.
Strong understanding of geopolitical and security developments.
Proven ability to translate external developments into business-relevant insights.
Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex, international environments.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver tactical and operational intelligence across geopolitical and security domains.
Translate OSINT findings into structured insights for senior stakeholders.
Support crisis planning, simulations and incident response with timely intel.
Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to align intelligence.
Contribute to PPSS intelligence capability development and reporting.
