Job summary

WestPoint Search is partnering with a complex international organisation to appoint an Information Security Officer as it continues to strengthen and mature its global security capability.

This role operates across the full security landscape, coordinating incidents, managing risk and engaging senior stakeholders to translate security issues into business impact. You’ll work within a Microsoft security environment, manage external providers and contribute to governance, audits and improvement.

Qualifications

• Broad information security professional with multi-domain experience.
• Ability to translate technical security issues into business risk.
• Experience with governance, risk and ISO 27001.
• Experience coordinating incident response and working with external providers.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security incidents and response processes with clear ownership.
• Identify information security risks and translate them into business impact.
• Work across a predominantly Microsoft security environment.
• Manage external security and IT providers, ensuring delivery.
• Develop and maintain security policies, controls and processes.
• Support security governance, audits, risk reporting and continuous improvement.
• Bridge between technical teams, IT and the wider business.
• Contribute to development of the organisation’s security capability and IT strategy.
