Datenna seeks a Senior OSINT Data Analyst to lead domain-level data authority, defining regional sources and standards for high-quality, platform-ready intelligence. You will own end-to-end coverage, guide analysts, and influence product decisions using OSINT insights.

You will shape data collection, processing, and pipeline improvements, ensuring rigorous quality and defensible outputs while collaborating with the data lead and product teams.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of hands-on OSINT experience with non-English sources.
• Experience contributing to data-driven product development and platform outputs.
• HSK4-level Chinese reading proficiency; ability to source and extract data from foreign-language materials.
• Russian language skills preferred.
• Strong knowledge of at least one region’s corporate sector and geopolitics.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research; communicating to non-specialists.

• Set and defend data quality standards; ensure traceability and defensibility.
• Own major coverage areas end-to-end and mentor junior researchers.
