Job summary

NN Group is seeking a passionate security officer to take a proactive role in managing information security risks within the CISO department, with a focus on enabling NN Group to become data-driven. The ideal candidate understands IT security, compliance, and data-driven working, and can communicate with all stakeholders to gain buy-in.

We require strong knowledge of data lakes and PowerBI, and a drive to automate data flows to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with security and risk processes and procedures.
• Deep understanding of IT security, compliance methods and industry standards.
• Strong communication skills to gain buy-in from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute and maintain the overall vision on security & compliance with security officers and architect.
• Enhance data-driven insights in the Security domain for better decision making.
• Leverage PowerBI to drive central reporting and automation initiatives.
• Drive and report on security process improvements across NN Group.
• Advise on implementing central security risk assessments and control automation.
• Explore topics like AI, threat modelling, and control automation with the team.
